Can patients with a state medical marijuana permit travel out-of-state with cannabis?
Only the state of Montana has a clause that says patients with other state’s medical marijuana permits are also legal in Montana. Otherwise, outside of Oregon, you are at the mercy of any law enforcement officer who catches you with your medical marijuana. Outside of Montana and the state where your medical marijuana permit is issued, compassionate officers will let you be, while totalitarians may arrest you.
