Can Patients Failing a PDE 5-lnhibitor Be Rescued by Another Tablet?

We are prospectively inviestigating whether Vardenafil can effectively treat patients who have failed Sildenafil (100 mg). We evaluated 327 patients complaining of Sildenafil refractory ED; all were tested with intracavernous pharmacotesting (ICI) and color duplex Doppler ultrasound (CDDU). Subsequently 59 of these men tried Vardenafil, home dosing. All patients were given six tablets 10 mg tablets and instructed to titrate immediately to 20 mg as needed.
