Can patient drug treatments cause any cross reactivity with the ImmuKnow assay?

As far as the assay, Cylex does not know of any patient drugs that directly interfere with ATP detection by luciferin/luciferase. Since the test characterizes the cellular immune function of the sample by measuring the concentration of ATP in relation to a calibration curve, any drugs that inhibit the ability of lymphocytes to respond to stimulation will cause a lower ATP production.
