Yes. You can choose to store the patient chart locally on your computer by saving the Adobe pdf file of the chart that is generated to an appropriate folder that you set up. The file name should identify the patient, the record number and the visit date. The exact method for naming, cataloging and archiving the folders is left up to the user..
