ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB) – A federal judge says he’ll decide as early as Thursday, whether Governor Paterson has the right to furlough 100,000 state workers for one day a week. That same judge temporarily blocked the governor’s plan two weeks ago, finding the state would be harming workers.
