Can passengers with a disability book a seat free of charge?
We offer free seat reservations to passengers who are dependent on a wheelchair and their accompanying person. Because of official safety regulations, these passengers are not permitted to reserve a seat at the emergency exit. Please note that you are not entitled to a free seat reservation simply by presenting a disabled person’s ID document.
