Can passage be refused?
A – Passage may be refused to any passenger, and their cruise terminated at any time, at the risk and expense of the passenger. The ship’s Captain or physician deems a passenger unfit for travel, a risk or danger to themself or a disturbance or danger to others. Such passenger may be left at any port or place at which the ship calls without any liability to the cruise line. The cruise lines shall not be required to refund any amount paid by any passenger who must leave the cruise prematurely for any other reason set forth above or otherwise, nor shall the cruise lines be responsible for lodging, meals, return transportation or other expenses incurred by the passenger.
