FFG is an FHA approved lender, and has an FHA authorized agent relationship with several lenders. All FHA loans must be processed from the home office for a fee and additional requirements to meet HUD guidelines are required. There are specific Lenders that will accept our FHA loans, they can be identified on our intranet under the lender section.
