Can parents park on the bus side and pick kids up from the car line?
No. State law specifies that bus pick-up and car pick-up must take place in two separate areas. Also, it is extremely dangerous for students and parents to cross in front of buses. Bus drivers have so many things to watch for, such as students getting on the bus and students who are already on the bus.They are not expecting students to be crossing in front of the bus.
