Can parents of dependent students obtain their childs final semester grades?
Yes. The parent of a dependent child may request final semester grades from the Office of the University Registrar. The parent must submit a signed, written request for their childs final semester grades, and the request must include a copy of the parents most recent Federal Income Tax form that shows the parents name and the dependent childs name. These requests should be sent to the Office of the University Registrar, Attn: Certifications, 1450 Jayhawk Blvd, Room 151 Strong Hall, Lawrence, KS 66045. Or, the request and a copy of the Federal Income Tax form may be faxed to the Office of the University Registrar at 785-864-5230.
