Can parents call and check the status of their childs account, the CSUSM student, since they are paying for the students education?

• In order for Student Financial Services to be able to speak with parents regarding their child’s account, a FERPA Form will need to be filled out and signed by their child, the CSUSM student. The FERPA Form is available at the Cashier’s Office, located in Cougar Central (Craven 3900).
