Can Panels funds be used to pay for residents to attend pool sessions with a physiotherapist?

The Panels Initiative does not fund clinical service and funding would not be appropriate if the physiotherapist service has been refereed by a GP to address an assessed need identified in a resident’s or group of residents care plan. If the session is a general session provided to residents of RACFs in the Divisions boundaries to inform them of exercises they are able to undertake to improve their general health and fitness, then this could be funded using Panels funds.
