Can pakistani citizen enter in kosovo, with on-arrival visa?
In theory citizens of Pakistan could enter Kosovo without a visa for touristic purposes if holding prove thereof (e.g. hotel voucher/reservation or other documents) or for business purposes, holding a sponsor letter of invitation, with prenotification being given in advance (at least 10 days) to the Border Authorities at Pristina International Airport. http://www.timaticweb.com/cgi-bin/tim_we… .. The crux of the matter however is that you cannot book any flights into Pristina that do not touch countries which require Pakistani citizen to obtain an Airport Transit Visa even for changing flights and stay airside. No transit visa would be granted with the justification: “I try to enter Kosovo as tourist without a visa”..
