Can paging be escalated to a second group of pagers if an alarm is not acknowledged?
The SmartCare monitoring software program offer three levels of paging plus an additional external telephone paging, email, or voice mail notification capability. The time interval between attempts is adjustable, but must be the same for all levels. The voice message to a call center is based on a text to speech engine and announces the account number, community name and information that would normally display on a pager. In a single call, it will repeat the message 3 times. If setup to require an acknowledgement, it will repeat the call 5 times or until a response (#) is received.
