Can owners and guests enjoy the lake across from the property?
Although the lake and surrounding area are not owned by SeaWatch, the owners surrounding the lake have given us permission to allow our guests to enjoy that area. Please note only the street side of the lake is available to use as the far side is privately owned property. You may also fell free to fish in the lake. We ask you keep the area clean and be respectful of the surrounding homeowners who have been very gracious in allowing our owners and guests to enjoy the lake.
