In-laws (father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law), cousins, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, great-grandparents, great-grandchildren, Godparents and Godchildren do not qualify for membership. They can apply for associate membership with a proposer and seconder who are Penn Club members in good standing sponsor them for membership.
