No. Debuggers other than the evaluation version of RVD 3.1, e.g., SoC Designer Model Debugger and full versions of RVD, will not consume images generated by the RVDS 3.1 evaluation tools. Component Restrictions Disassembly output is not provided with evaluation tools.
