Can OT facilities use a waiver and renew online?
An OT facility in the same location with the same owner(s) as a currently registered PT facility is now defined as an OT linked facility. To renew, one must enter the registration number of the PT facility with which the OT facility is linked, and renew (as of November 1, 2006) as an OT Linked Primary Facility or an OT Linked Additional Facility. Linked facilities pay a fee and the waiver is no longer accepted for this category. The PT facility registration with which the OT facility is linked must be current. Any changes in registration status (e.g. from linked to unlinked, from primary to additional, or additional to primary), must be made through the office before online renewal.
