Can OSs and/or applications be transferred from machine to machine?
The OS may NOT be transferred from machine to machine. The OS lives/dies with the machine it was purchased for. Applications may be transferred from machine to machine. For exampleif you have an existing machine and will be excessing it, and you have Microsoft apps installed, you may deinstall the apps on the old machine and install them to your new machine.
