Can orthostatic hypotension lead to stillbirth?

0

About four months ago my husband and I lost our baby at 36 weeks. All the tests came back saying everything was normal. The only thing I can think of is if my orthostatic hypotension could have caused it. If you don’t know what that is, it is a drop in my blood pressure (that causes dizziness) when I change positions, elevations, or temps. I understand that sometimes stillbirths have no explanation, but I just wanted to see if anyone knows anything I may not. Thanks!
