Yes. Oracle Web Cache combines caching, compression and assembly technologies to accelerate the delivery of both static and dynamically generated Web content. In addition to caching, Oracle Application Server Web Cache can also be used to provide load-balancing and reverse proxy functions for Release 12 environments.
