Yes. Occasionally a problem may exist which would interfere with the intended use of a donors gift for education and research. The body may not be acceptable if these conditions are present: Organs or parts removed for transplantation except eyes. Autopsy, decomposition of the body, severe trauma, drowning, burning, suicide, homicide or motor-vehicle accident, contagious disease, morbid obesity, emaciation, body contracture, jaundice or edema, body mass index less than 19 or greater than 30.
