Can one rise in an organization without a godfather however meritorious he may be?
In India,it is very difficult on the part of a person to rise without a godfather.However,one can rise by compromising with one\’s principles.There r many examples.I have seen people, who have been dumped with an enhanced pay n upgradation of the post, because they had neither a goodfather nor were prepared to compromise.
