Can one resident live alone in an apartment before finding a roommate?
One resident can move into an apartment, even if you have no roommates. If we are not filled to capacity, it’s possible the other bedrooms in your apartment may not be occupied when you move in. However, as we fill up, include you in our roommate matching program unless you find roommates of your own choosing within one week of signing.
