Can one query for a task completed before or after a particular date and time?

There is a group using Synergy/CM which uses military time in the date field of the Task Events section of the Task Query Dialog, like 04/24/2006 9:00:00, to query for tasks. Telelogic documentation doesn’t mention using time in the date field, but it appears to work.
