Can one child support case be affected by another child support case?

I’m not sure I understand the question but I think you are asking if paying child support for a second child (new case) would reduce the amount you would have to pay for the first one? If that is what you are asking, the answer is NO, at least in the state that I live in. The courts feel that the first child should not have to suffer because you had a second child (not trying to sound judgemental, that’s just the way it is). However, the child support you are paying for the first child will be taken into consideration when figuring the child support amount for the second child. BUT, if the mother of the first child were to try to get the child support amount modified (like trying to get more money), the support amount you pay for the second child would then be taken into consideration, but only if the modification were initiated by her, not you. And it does not matter what state the other child support order is in. At least that’s how it works here. Kind of confusing, I know, but I hop
