Can on-line reports or ratings be read by unauthorized persons?
A. No. Access is only given to authorized persons. Those without authorization cannot access the reports. Data storage for on-line ratings is not more or less secure than paper ratings storage. In other words, in both cases, results are stored electronically. For on-line reports, faculty members and administrators must login to the system using their unique IDs and passwords.
