Can omega-3 fatty acids be mixed with any other medications?
Yes, for anticoagulant (blood thinning) medications, such as Coumadin (warfarin) or high-dose aspirin or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, like aspirin, ibuprofen, and others.
