Yes, but an application must be filled out with a nurse as the administrator, a nurse on the planning committee (can be the same person as the administrator) along with someone from that specialty. What that administrator/nurse planner is doing is vouching for the relevancy of the program for nurses. The packet will also still require all the other necessary paperwork (outlines (, bio/CV, evaluation tool, etc).
