Yes, non-U.S. citizens can register for courses through CEP, depending on their visa status. Please contact International Affairs for questions regarding visa regulations. CEP is a non-admit, part-time student status and does not allow people with student visas to satisfy the full-time enrollment requirement. CEP cannot issue I-20 forms.
