Can non-“Local Standing Order Service” (LSOS) account holders get access to “Stamp OnNet” service?

“Stamp OnNet” is available to “Local Standing Order Service” (LSOS) members only. To use “Stamp OnNet” service, you must have a LSOS account. Any person resides in Hong Kong may apply for a LSOS account if he/she (i) has a Hong Kong correspondence address and (ii) purchases philatelic product(s) of HK$50 or above (including Special Delivery Service Charge). If you are interested in subscribing as a member of LSOS and “Stamp OnNet”, please contact Hongkong Post Philatelic Bureau hotline at 2785 5711. From September 2005 onwards, you can also apply for a LSOS membership via “Stamp OnNet”.
