Can non-degree seeking students take upper-division or graduate accounting courses?

0

• Non-degree seeking (non-matriculated) students cannot take Master of Professional Accountancy courses. • Non-degree seeking students cannot take upper-division accounting courses unless they have graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from CWU or from an AACSB International accredited institution. Non-CWU accounting graduates must submit official transcripts to the accounting department chair showing that they have completed accounting degrees from AACSB International accredited institutions. The chair of the accounting department has final authority on which accounting graduates may take accounting courses. Please send approval requests and correspondence to the Department of Accounting secretary Sharon Damm at damms@cwu.edu • Non-matriculated students who receive permission from the chair of the accounting department may register for 400 level accounting courses on a space available basis on the third day of classes . No exceptions will be made to this policy.
