Can Non-Bahrainis own an apartment at the Marvida Tower?
Yes, Marvida Tower is a Freehold residential project. Royal Decree (43) for the year 2003 makes expatriate eligible to own property in Bahrain. Under the law, the owner of a freehold property enjoys a self sponsorship Residence. This residence Permit allows the property owner to sponsor a residence Permit for the spouse. The Residence Permit allows both the property owner and his wife the privilege of entering and leaving the country without having to produce a return visa.
