Can NITF Escalator handle NITF images that use Lookup Tables (LUTs)?

Because the NITF specification allows LUTs that are significantly more complex than those supported by the Photoshop file format plug-in API, LUTs are ignored by NITF Escalator. Images that use LUTs will still be read in, but only LUT indexes will be shown (ie. the LUT won’t be expanded).
