Yes, the Nikon P90 has shutter priority. Use it to vary the shutter speed so that you over expose one picture, under expose another picture, expose one just right (optional). Take to any of several post processing programs and follow their instructions. I have Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 that has a simple HDR process, but Adobe and several others do HDR.
