Can new employees be enrolled in OnePurdue training courses?

0

Yes. The OnePurdue training registration system includes a daily update of new and changed staff from live Human Resources data, so as soon as a new employee’s career account is set up, they will show up in the registration system and can then be enrolled in classes. The OnePurdue training team is producing registration worksheets for each person, listing their assigned roles and suggested courses. There won’t be a worksheet for a new employee, so the person enrolling him or her for classes will need to use the worksheet from their predecessor (or someone in a similar position) as a guide. This will also be true for people who have just changed jobs. The worksheets are being provided to OnePurdue training coordinators at all campuses; please contact the person who represents your department for more information. The full list of coordinators can be found on the OnePurdue training pages for Finance/HR or Enrollment and Student Affairs.
