Yes, NDPS be used on Windows 3.1 systems, but unfortunately the EPSON printer driver for Windows 3.1 does not support automatic NDPS installation. Therefore, for Windows 3.1 systems, use the conventional queue-based printing method. It is possible to use NDPS to manually set up queue-based print jobs for printing on NDPS printers (printers managed by NDPS).
