Can Nansulate® be applied to a tiled shower stall?
We do not recommend using Nansulate® in an area where there will be perpetual moisture, such as a shower stall. It can be used on other areas in a bathroom, but not the shower stall itself. Using Nansulate on the walls in your bathroom is also a great idea, not only because of its insulating qualities, but because it is mold resistant. If you clean your walls thorougly and apply Nansulate as the final surface coat, it will prevent mold from growing on the coated surfaces.
