Yes, you can use your Vessel Hope™ Standard and ATM Gift Card outside of the United States at any location that accepts Visa® Prepaid Gift Cards. If using the gift card internationally there is a conversion fee that is applied to the gift card, which is 3% and a $2.00 flat fee per transaction. See our fee schedule here.
