Can my student organization have a bake sale in the quad for a fundraiser?
Registered student organizations are NOT permitted to reserve the quadrangle for events. Only University departments can receive approval for use of the quadrangle. All department requests must be made through the Office of Finance & Administrative Services by calling 578-3386. No bake sales are permitted on the LSU campus. For more information on food, please refer to the policy statement on “Food Service Within LSU Facilities And Premises” (PS-60) in the Student Organization Handbook located on the CSLI website at www.lsu.edu/csli.
