Can my salespeople change a price when using my VirtualE Instant Pricing System?
Only if you have set them up with that permission. Typically only estimators and senior sales management have the ability to change sell prices. The system administrator sets the permissions for each and every user determining ahead of time what they can see on the site and what they can do, including whether they can change mark-ups and if so by how much — up or down.
