Can my Receiver Push my Polk Audio RTi 12s like they need to be?

I have a onkyo 797 (100 wpc) and it does push my Polk Audio RTi 12’s okay to most but I know these speakers are being held back by the lack of power from my receiver, I purchased a Adcom GFA 7000 which has 130 wpc and yes it does sound a lot better with very low volumes and when it is cranked but I noticed the bass became more fullfilling with the upgrade of the adcom but I am told that I haven’t heard the best of these speakers until I give them what they need “250-400 wpc” and they will sound like they are from a different world both in HT and music. If anyone has dealt with these issues before could you please give me some leads to follow as I want to give my speakers what they need and this will give me (my ears) what they need.

What is your question?

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
