Can my purchase orders be used to create purchase invoices?
You can use the Update option to create purchase invoices directly from your purchase orders. This saves you time, as you no longer have to re-enter details of the orders to create an invoice. If you create an invoice from a purchase order, the Posting column shows if an invoice has been updated. The Posting column has two possible values: – • Blank – if no invoice has been updated. • Y – if an invoice for all or part of the order has been updated.
