Please inform us if your host organization has offered to pay part or even the entire application fees for your J-1 visa application. We will then contact your designated supervisor with an invoice. Should you have already paid the application fee and your host organization decides to assist you later on, we will still be able to issue the organization an invoice and provide you with a refund as soon as we have received payment.
