Can my pediatrician be wrong about hydrocephalus?
My daughter had (still has) a very large head (over the top of the 99.6% centile line) and the doctors scared me silly muttering about hydrocephalus and measuring her every week when she was about the same age your son is now. We never got as far as scans though, because she was following the curves. She’s just a 1 in 10,000 baby. Somebody has to be. She was fine. She just has a big head (she was in an adult cycling helmet at 6). I hope your little boy is fine too. Edit: just noticed your comment about him being stuck in the birth canal and then a C-section. That is EXACTLY what happened to me with my daughter.
