Can my mouse and 2 gerbils live together?
Well it sounds fine but these are very different species so you should be very careful. As they are often more active at night, you cant judge how they get on in the daytime – you can only really see if they fight between 12 and 5 in the morning – you cannot always rely on what you see them doing during the day. They have different smells and behavioural patterns – it is extremely unlikely for them to get on – if the mouse allready looks scared then i really think you should take it out. Good luck – It won’t be lonely if you give it lots of attention, and even if not being bullied, may be scared of them.
