Can my membership be cancelled or non-renewed at Post and Bid Jobs sole discretion?
Yes, misstatements and/or misrepresentations are grounds for immediate termination. The Service Provider represents that it is properly licensed, fully qualified to perform all the services it offers and the information provided during registration is true and accurate. Should Post and Bid Jobs find this information to be otherwise, Post and Bid Jobs reserves the right to terminate the membership. If a Service Provider receives multiple complaints, it is at Post and Bid Jobs sole discretion, to consider them for immediate termination and deny access to the service.
