Can my lost of stolen mall gift card be replaced?
No, however, if you have the original gift card receipt showing the initial loaded value and the account number of the lost card, you can send that documentation along with your name and address to MidAmerica Gift Certificate Company for a refund of the care account’s available balance. The refund amount will be account’s available balance when MidAmerica receives your documentation. Please allow 6-8 weeks to process your refund.
