Can my Local Councilor or MP or Citizens Advice Bureau help?
Yes. They hold office to advise and assist you, and they may choose to make representations on your behalf. However, they cannot interfere with the processes of enforcement or the decision on whether or not to accept an appeal. In this way we are able to demonstrate that everyone is treated fairly, whether or not they enlist the help of another person or organisation.
