A factory-installed Lexus Navigation System is necessary to receive Lexus Enform® Service. A Lexus vehicle that has a Safety Connect® subscription and the navigation hardware can be upgraded to Lexus Enform® services by calling Safety Connect® customer care at 1-800-25-LEXUS.
